BHIP is located at is located adjacent to the Trans Canada highway just 2 miles from the international border with access to the USA through the twin “Soos”-Sault Ste. Marie ,ON and Michigan. There is 387 acres of prime industrial park land with appropriate site selection and development flexibility to suit your requirements. Being located on BFN on Rankin Reserve 15D allows BHIP to offer short and long term leases without any land or school taxes creating very competitive rates.

Transportation

BHIP has convenient access to all major markets by many transportation mediums. The Trans Canada Highway #17 connects to most important points in the USA and Canada.
